Broccoli Sesame stir fry !🥦🧄🧅 This is one of the easiest recipes with great taste. This is my kid's favourite recipe and she finishes her lunch very quick with this as her meal. I have introduced this vegetable to my kid when she was just an year old and I am glad she loves this.

What do I need ? One broccoli, one small onion, few garlic pods, pepper, butter or oil, salt, sesame seeds. (Get more recipes by visiting www.nutreboot.com (or) visiting the page manishaisblogging.wordpress.com) Preparation : 1. Chop the broccoli into small florets and wash them thoroughly under running water or soak them in warm water for a minute. 2. Chop few garlic (4 to 5) pods into fine pieces. Also roughly chop an onion. 3. Take a pan, add a spoon of butter or oil, add the chopped garlic and a few peppercorns. 4. Let the garlic turn into golden brown before you put the onions. 5. Saute the onions for a minute and add the chopped broccoli. 6. Saute the vegetables in a high flame for a minute and them reduce the heat, close the lid and let it cook for around 10 mins. (Till the broccoli is cooked). Also add the salt at this time. 7. Once the vegetable is cooked, add a spoonful of sesame seeds ( I have added black sesame) and stir fry on a high flame for a minute. 8. The dish is ready and you can serve this with aromatic/flavoured rice. 🍚 The dish gets it's flavours from garlic and sesame as well. Do not skip this part. Sesame is a great source of various vitamins and calcium. This is a great dish for weight watchers, diabetes, toddlers, people suffering from constipation. Have fun ❤️
