Immunity Boosting Broccoli Soup šŸ„¦

IMMUNE BOOSTING BROCCOLI SOUP ! I know the sound of broccoli seems not very exciting for many. But trust me this soup is going to change your look towards broccoli ā˜ŗļø. My 4 year old enjoys this soup along with her meal.



Broccoli is rich in antioxidants. And if taken as a soup, it helps in : ā€“ digestion (great for constipation) ā€“ weightloss ā€“ detoxification and glowing skin ā€“ good for cancer patients ā€“ boosts immunity ā€“ keeps your gut healthy ā€“ great mid meal for a diabetic ļ˜Š What do we need ? One broccoli (makes 3 servings), one onion, few cloves of garlic, peppercorns, oil or butter. How do we make it ? 1. Wash your broccoli well. 2. Place a pan on the flame, add a teaspoon of oil, add roughly chopped garlic cloves (5 to 6 cloves),add the chopped onions, chopped broccoli, few peppercorns. 3. Saute them for a minute and then place a lid to start steaming. 4. Once the vegetables are soft (not too soft though, half cooked is fine) let them cool and blend them very soft not leaving any trace of fiber. 5. When you blend it soft, you donā€™t have to strain the soup and you will not lose fiber from the vegetables. 6. Add little water to this mixture to suit your palate if it is too thick. Add some salt, place it on the pan and let it boil for 2-3 mins. 7. Broccoli soup is all set to go to the dinner table. You can also add fresh cream to the soup (optional).
