2. Chop your vegetables (I have taken onion, carrot and capsicum)finely. Take a pan, add 2 teaspoons oil, chop 3 cloves of garlic finely and add it to the oil, add the finely sliced vegetables and saute on high flame for 5 mins (keep stirring).
